Erie, Pennsylvania, U.S. - Kevin Tucker, anarcho-primitivist forager, writer, activist, and artist, announced that he has been served a subpoena by the FBI to appear in front of a grand jury in Erie, PA on September 9. No further information appears to be available on this grand jury but the FBI records 6 instances of "domestic terrorism" -- one of which involved nothing more than spray-painted graffiti -- alleged to be the work of the Earth Liberation Front and Animal Liberation Front, in Pennsylvania in 2002. Kevin, who used to live in PA, states, "They [the FBI] contacted me 6 months ago to 'question me about the ELF and ALF'."
