Sacramento, California, U.S. - Accused would be eco-saboteur Lauren "Ren" Weiner, 20, has has pled guilty to conspiracy charges. She is pleading guilty to a lesser charge than those she, Eric McDavid, and Zachary Jenson were originally indicted on after being arrested in Auburn, California in January, for allegedly plotting eco-sabotage actions with a federal informant. As part of the deal she has agreed to provide evidence against her co-defendants and assist the prosecution.

Weiner is scheduled to be sentenced August 8, but she probably will not be sentenced until the prosecutions of McDavid and Jenson are completed. She has been living with her mother at her home in Pound Ridge, Westchester County, New York, since her mother bailed her out for $1.2 million in late January.
